Midwest Pet First Aid – Helping Save Pets’ Lives Since 2007

Our Disaster Preparedness and Pet First Aid & CPR Certification course will give you the skills and confidence to help your pets and family in an emergency.

We all want what’s best for our pets – safe and nutritious food, fun and stimulating toys and chewies, exercise and socialization, a warm place to sleep at night, and much more. We work hard to keep our pets healthy and to give them the best possible life.

But in your quest to give your pet the best life possible, have you learned what to do in case of an injury or emergency? Would you know what to do if your pet came in with an open wound or broken bone, suffered a snake bite on a forest trail, choked on a piece of food or a ball, or simply stopped breathing?

Our comprehensive certification class offers peace of mind for pet guardians and care givers, including:

  • Pet owners
  • Pet trainers, boarding/kennel staff, pet groomers
  • Pet retailers
  • Pet sitters, dog walkers
  • Veterinarian staff, animal shelter employees, pet rescue personnel
  • EMT’s, firefighters, emergency personnel
  • and anyone else interested in learning pet first aid!

You’ll leave our classes with the confidence of knowing that you now have the knowledge and skills to help your pets in an emergency!

Midwest Pet First Aid will provide you with the skills to help you give your pet a better chance of survival should an emergency occur.

Our pet first aid, CPR, and disaster preparedness course includes live, engaging lectures, hands-on classroom demonstration, and evaluation of your new skills. Our courses and modules are taught by certified Pet First Aid & CPR Instructors.

Did you know that, according to the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), one out of four pets would survive an emergency if just one pet first aid technique was applied before getting them to an emergency veterinarian?
